EPA Region 5 settled several RCRA violations with Drug & Laboratory Disposal Inc., Plainwell, Mich. , The company has agreed to pay a penalty of $41,300 to settle the violations. The company mislabel hazardous waste containers and kept waste onsite too long in temporary storage areas.
