  1. Would a report in regard to what appears to be an entity polluting Barren River be kept anonymous?

Do you urge or is there a law requiring farmers to fence their cattle from rivers?

Is runoff from a concrete facility directly into the river considered pollution?

And who to report these to if they are indeed reportable?

    Sincerely, Martha Deputy
