Jeffrey M. Sanders says US Chamber study finds Kentucky courts fair and reasonable, but sorely lacking when it comes to scientific or technical evidence.

Institute for Legal Reform released its 2010 State Liability Systems Ranking Study.    Participants in the survey paid for by the US Chamber of Commerce were comprised of a sample of 1,500 in-house general counsel, senior litigators or attorneys, and other senior executives who indicated they are knowledgeable about litigation matters at companies with at least $100 million in annual revenues.

Kentucky came out as a pretty good state in all aspects, except handling scientific and technical evidence.  We were the 45th best state in the country in that category.  What?!
