The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board opens a public comment period March 19, 2010, on proposed amendments to District Regulations Regulation 1.08, Version #13, Draft #1 – Proposed, March 17, 2010. If approved, amended Regulation 1.08 will be submitted to the Kentucky Division for Air Quality for inclusion in the State Implementation Plan (SIP).
Written statements will be accepted by the Board Secretary-Treasurer, Rachael Hamilton, Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District, 850 Barret Ave., Louisville, KY 40204-1745, until 5:00 p.m. April 19, 2010. Written statements will also be accepted electronically until the same deadline via the Internet at the e-mail address “email@example.com”. Oral statements will be accepted at the public hearing on April 21, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave., Louisville.
