Kentucky environmental attorney Sanders salutes the Salmon P. Chase Arbitration Teams on advancing to the Nationals! Go Chase!

NKU’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law’s Arbitration Teams won both brackets of an American Bar Association regional Arbitration Competition in Fort Worth, Texas, Nov. 21-22, 2009. 

The Chase team of Alyse Bender, Jared Burke, Michelle Eviston, and Emily Litzinger defeated Florida A&M School of Law, South Texas College of Law, and Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.

Mean while, the Chase team of Jessica Biddle, Jon Davis, Erin Kennedy, and MyLinda Sims also won by defeated Florida A&M School of Law, Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, and the University of Oklahoma School of Law.

As a result, both NKU Chase teams receive an automatic invitation to the national Arbitration Competition in January in Orange County, Calif. Go Chase!
