Kentucky environmental attorney Sanders says Covington is moving forward on Phase 2 of Prisoners’ Lake Rainwater Harvesting Project in Devou Park.

The city of Covington’s Prisoner’s Lake Rainwater Harvest Project’s second phase is beginning this month, with final project completion expected in April 2010.  The city is working with Sanitation District No. 1.

This project was made possible from American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 funds in conjunction with the Clean Water State Revolving Fund from the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority and Kentucky Division of Water.
